After Denmark's disappointing World Cup, Simon Kjær flew back to Copenhagen, with the Danish team. Soon after that, he was seen back at Milanello,
Milan's training facility, reported Sky Sport.
It was said "he skipped his vacation", but Simon showed up at the Maldives one day later,
presumably to enjoy a well-deserved vacation. On December 15, 2022, he rejoined AC Milan in the Dubai training camp, but training separately.
